What to expect

What a session actually looks like

If you've never done this before, not knowing what happens can be the scariest part. So here's the honest picture — no surprises, no pressure.

The most important thing first: you set the pace. You never have to share more than you want, relive anything you're not ready for, or "perform" being okay. A session is a calm, private conversation that moves at your speed.
The flow

A typical 50–60 minutes

1
First few minutes

Landing & checking in

We start gently. How are you arriving today — what kind of week has it been? No agenda yet. Just settling in and getting present together.

2
Early on

Choosing today's focus

You decide what's most alive for you right now — something weighing on you, a goal, a decision, or just untangling a feeling. I help you name it. We follow what matters to you, not a script.

3
The heart of it

The work

This is where we dig in — exploring, asking honest questions, noticing patterns, and looking at what's possible. I listen closely and reflect back what I hear. Sometimes that surfaces clarity; sometimes it's simply being deeply heard. Both are the work.

4
Last few minutes

One small step

We close by naming what you're taking with you — often one gentle, doable step before next time. Never a pile of homework. Just one thing that moves you forward.

After

It's yours to keep

Whatever comes up is held in confidence. You leave with a little more ground under your feet — and the choice, always, of whether and when to come back.
